据Neftegaz.RU俄罗斯乌斯季库特2月13日消息称，伊尔库茨克石油公司（INC）计划于2019年向沿拜尔-阿穆尔河干线（BAM）向消费者运送约18万吨液化石油气。

该公司于2018年夏季开始从丽娜-沃斯托克纳亚站发运液化石油气，并在年底运送了超过3万吨LPG。未来，随着天然气处理量的增加，液化石油气的供应量将会增加。在到2025年有效开发伊尔库茨克北部油田的天然气和伴生石油天然气储备INK投资项目执行之后，铁路运输全系列气体加工产品(包括液化石油气、高、低密度聚乙烯、稳定凝析油等)的出货量可达300万吨。

INK will increase the shipment of LPG in BAM

Ust-Kut, Neftegaz.RU. The Irkutsk Oil Company (INC) intends to ship in 2019 to consumers about 180 thousand tons of liquefied hydrocarbon gases ( LPG ) along the Baikal-Amur Mainline (BAM).

The company began shipping from Lena-Vostochnaya station in the summer of 2018, having shipped over 30 thousand tons of LPG at the end of the year. In the future, with an increase in gas treatment volumes, the supply of LPG will increase. After the implementation of the INK investment project for the effective development of natural and associated petroleum gas (APG) reserves in the fields of the north of the Irkutsk region by 2025, the volume of shipment of the whole range of gas processing products (including LPG, as well as high and low density polyethylene, stable gas condensate, etc. ) railway transport may increase to 3 million tons.

In 2018, the INK and WJDD signed a cooperation agreement. It identifies the amount of investment, the fulfillment of commitments for the supply of rolling stock and cars, as well as the arrangement of a new access road for the export of the declared volume of cargo. Earlier it was reported that the total length of access roads to Lena-Vostochnaya station will be 8.7 km.

The INC has been gradually implementing a large-scale gas project since 2014. Over 4 years, more than 50 billion rubles have already been invested in the project, and the total investment will be over 450 billion rubles. The first stage of the project is the construction of a natural gas and APG treatment unit for receiving LPG at the Yaraktinsky oil and gas condensate field (NGKM), the product pipeline from the field to the complex for receiving, storing and shipping LPG in Ust-Kut has already been implemented. At the 3 rd stage, the first ethane production plant will be built in Eastern Siberia and the Far East. It is planned to be commissioned in 2023. In the future, options for more advanced gas processing with the involvement of methane and other components in the production process are considered.

INC is a large independent company engaged in geological research, exploration and production of hydrocarbon raw materials in 41 licensed subsoil areas in the regions of Eastern Siberia and Yakutia. Over the past 7 years, the production of liquid hydrocarbon raw materials by the group increased 7 times to 8.5 million tons in 2017. The company is on the list of the 20 largest Russian companies in terms of hydrocarbon reserves. In August 2018, the ex-Minister of Nature of the Russian Federation, S. Donskoy, became a member of the board of the INC.
