据俄罗斯油气网2月22日明斯克消息，白俄罗斯通讯社(BelTA)在2月22日的一次会议之前从白俄罗斯能源部长Viktor Karankevich那里得知，白俄罗斯能源部预计，将在7月1日之前签署该文件，以确定2020年及其后年份的俄罗斯天然气价格。

这位官员说：“谈判正在相关部委和副总理一级进行。根据已签署的协议（关于白俄罗斯从2020年起将支付的天然气价格）必须在2019年7月1日之前制定并签署，时间框架已经确定，我们应采取一切措施，在规定的时限内完成这项工作。”

下次会议将讨论天然气输送问题，但会议日期尚未确定。这位能源部长补充说：“我不能谈论这个问题，但将从3月份开始为此投入更多的努力。”

根据先前在2019年7月1日之前达成的协议，双方应该就2020年-2024年俄罗斯天然气的价格达成协议。

在关于这一问题的讨论中，白俄罗斯表示赞成为白俄罗斯和俄罗斯的商业实体提供平等的条件。2019年，白俄罗斯购买的天然气价格为每1000立方米127美元。

Belarusian Energy Ministry eager to sign document on Russian gas price as from 2020 by 1 July

Neftegaz.RU. The Belarusian Energy Ministry expects that the document to specify the natural gas price for 2020 and consequent years will be signed by 1 July, BelTA learned from Belarusian Energy Minister Viktor Karankevich before a session of the ministry's board on 22 February.

The official said: ?The negotiations are in progress at the level of the relevant ministries and deputy prime ministers. In line with the signed agreements the document [on the natural gas price Belarus will pay as from 2020] has to be worked out and signed by 1 July 2019. The timeframe is set. We should take exhaustive measures to complete this work within the specified timeframe.?

The date for the next meeting to discuss natural gas deliveries has not been determined yet. ?I cannot talk about it but more efforts will be put into it as from March,? the energy minister added.

In line with the previously reached agreements by 1 July 2019 the sides are supposed to come to terms on the price for Russian gas Belarus will pay in 2020-2024.

In discussions about the matter Belarus speaks in favor of enabling equal conditions for commercial entities in Belarus and Russia. In 2019 the price for gas Belarus buys stands at $127 per 1,000 m3.
