马国油与韩国米德兰电力公司签署LNG协议

据韩国民报10月9日报道，马来西亚国家石油公司(Petronas)通过其子公司Petronas LNG Ltd (PLL)与韩国Midland Power Co Ltd (KOMIPO)签署了LNG销售和购买协议(SPA)。

马来西亚国家石油公司今天在一份声明中表示，根据SPA协议，KOMIPO已同意从PLL购买每年约24万吨的液化天然气，从2020年开始，以目的港船上交货（ex-ship）的方式交付，为期5年。

马来西亚国家石油公司负责液化天然气营销和交易的副总裁Ahmad Adly Alias在声明中表示:“我们很高兴与韩国最大的发电公司之一KOMIPO建立合作关系，增加我们在该地区的客户基础。”

Adly表示:“这项协议表明，PLL作为可持续能源未来的合作伙伴，在提供清洁能源解决方案方面的能力日益增强。”

Petronas LNG signs SPA with Korea Midland Power

Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) through its subsidiary Petronas LNG Ltd (PLL) has signed a liquefied natural gas (LNG) sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Korea Midland Power Co Ltd (KOMIPO).

Petronas said in a statement today that under the SPA, KOMIPO has agreed to purchase approximately 0.24 million tonnes per annum of LNG from PLL on a delivery ex-ship basis for five years, beginning 2020.

Petronas vice president of LNG marketing and trading Ahmad Adly Alias said in the statement: "We are pleased to build a relationship with KOMIPO, one of South Korea's largest power generation companies and increase our customer base in the region."

"This agreement demonstrates PLL's growing capabilities to provide clean energy solutions as a partner for a sustainable future," Adly said.

KOMIPO president and CEO Hyung Koo Park said in the statement: "PLL is one of the world's leading suppliers of LNG and is recognised by the industry as the most reliable company. It is really meaningful to KOMIPO in many ways to build a good business relationship with PLL."
