桑托斯公司大幅上调油气产量目标

据道琼斯墨尔本12月2日消息，澳大利亚桑托斯公司目前预计，到2025年公司的油气产量将跃升至1.2亿桶油当量，比去年产量的翻了一番多，因为该公司已经同意从康菲石油公司购买约14亿美元的资产。

新的产量目标意味着2025年前公司每年的产量将增长逾8%，这个产量目标也比公司在2018年时预测2025年产量将达到1亿桶目标的基础上再上一个台阶。

10月中旬，桑托斯达成了一项交易，收购了康菲石油在澳大利亚北部和东帝汶的业务，包括康菲石油在达尔文LNG出口项目中的控股权，桑托斯已经是该项目的合作伙伴。这家澳大利亚石油和天然气生产商表示，交易预计将在明年第一季度完成。

Santos Raises 2025 Production Target to 120M Barrels

Santos Ltd. (STO.AU) now expects production to jump to 120 million barrels of oil equivalent by 2025, more than double the output of last year, as it absorbs roughly US$1.4 billion in assets it has agreed to buy from ConocoPhillips (COP).

The new target, a jump on the 100 million barrels forecast by the company in 2018, will mark annual production growth of more than 8% through 2025.

In mid-October, Santos struck a deal to buy Conoco's operations in northern Australia and East Timor, including the energy giant's controlling stake in the Darwin LNG gas-export project in which Santos already is a partner. Completion of the deal is expected in the first quarter of next year, the Australian oil and gas producer said.
