俄气石油在北极海上油田部署多用途破冰船

据海上石油新闻2019年11月24日俄罗斯圣彼得堡报道,俄罗斯第3大石油公司俄罗斯天然气工业石油公司(俄气石油/Gazprom Neft)大陆架公司日前租赁了一艘2018年建造的Sayan Polaris号多功能破冰船。

Sayan Polaris号多功能破冰船将为俄气石油位于巴伦支海的Prirazlomnoye油田开发项目提供支持，在运送物资的同时充当漂浮酒店，必要时执行应急响应和救援行动。

JSC海洋北极地质勘探公司已经使这艘破冰船现代化，使它能在这个极北纬的极端环境和气候条件下作业。

破冰船的破冰能力和载客量都有所提高(增加到100人)，还安装了专用起重机和应急漏油反应设备。

据俄气石油称，加固后的船体可以在北极条件下工作，甚至在非常低的温度下，它的推进和DP系统可以使船舶在任何时间保持其位置，而不需要抛锚或系泊。

多用途破冰船将货物从摩尔曼斯克的供应基地运送到现场的钻井和生产平台，还有助于在货物装卸期间确保穿梭油轮的安全。

Sayan Polaris号多功能破冰船被设计成“双动”，能够在冰上前后移动。

Gazprom Neft deploys all-purpose icebreaker at Arctic offshore field

Gazprom Neft Shelf has taken a lease on the 2018-built multi-purpose icebreaker Sayan Polaris.

The vessel will support operations at the Prirazlomnoye project in the Barents Sea, bringing in supplies while also acting as a floating hotel and, if necessary, performing emergency response and rescue operations.

JSC Marine Arctic Geological Exploration has modernized the vessel to operate in the extreme environmental and climatic conditions at this far-north latitude.

The vessel has undergone enhancements to its icebreaking capacity and passenger capacity increased (up to 100 personnel), and a special crane and emergency oil-spill-response equipment have also been installed.

According to Gazprom Neft, the reinforced hull allows it to operate in Arctic conditions, even in very low temperatures, and its propulsion and DP systems enable the vessel to hold its station at all times, with no need for anchoring or mooring.

Multi-purpose icebreakers deliver freight from supply bases in Murmansk to the drilling and production platform at the field, also helping to secure shuttle tankers during cargo handling.

They are designed to be ‘double-acting,’ capable of moving forwards and backwards in ice.
