道达尔将一全资子公司出售给壳牌

据道琼斯10月30日消息，法国石油巨头道达尔公司周三表示，公司已经签署一份协议，以3亿美元的价格向壳牌公司出售旗下全资子公司Total E&P Deep Offshore Borneo BV。

Total E&P Deep Offshore Borneo BV在距离东南亚文莱海岸62英里处的CA1区块拥有86.95%的权益。

道达尔勘探和生产部门总裁Arnaud Breuillac称，这笔交易将有助于该公司在2019-2020年出售50亿美元非核心资产的计划。

上述交易目前仍需获得相关部门审批，预计将在2019年12月完成。

Total to Sell Subsidiary to Shell

Total SA (FP.FR) said Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to sell its fully owned subsidiary Total E&P Deep Offshore Borneo BV to Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA.LN) for $300 million.

Total E&P Deep Offshore Borneo BV holds an 86.95% interest in Block CA1, located 62 miles off the coast of Brunei, Southeast Asia.

The transaction will contribute to the company's program to dispose of $5 billion of non-core assets over the period 2019-20, said Arnaud Breuillac, president of the exploration and production division at Total.

The transaction is subject to approval from relevant authorities and is expected to close by Dec. 2019.
